| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PPH荷包缝合技术在超低位直肠癌保肛术中运用的临床疗效、并发症及对肛门功能的影响。方法将15例超低位直肠癌患者采用PPH荷包缝合技术,即按照TME原则游离直肠达到盆底肌水平,于肿瘤下方切断直肠。肛门放置PPH扩肛器,在距直肠残端0.5cm处全层荷包缝合一周,放入强生进口胃肠吻合器,收紧结扎荷包缝于吻合器杆芯上。按常规方法完成吻合。结果 15例患者无手术死亡,无下残端及侧方癌组织残留,有1例发生吻合口漏。全部患者均行随访,随访时间3～14个月,平均随访10个月。术后肛门功能良好。结论 PPH荷包缝合技术在超低位直肠癌保肛术中运用临床疗效较满意,术后并发症少,对肛门功能保护良好。
