| 摘 要： | 目的:提高护生的心电图辨识临床应用能力。方法:应用选编的《急诊心电图教学图集》,对13名具有心电图基础知识的护生进行心电图辨识速度训练。结果:受训后护生心电图辨识速度和正确性均高于受训前(P<0.01)。结论:以心电图基础知识为前提、以选编的《急诊心电图教学图集》为训练教材进行的大量心电图阅读训练,对培养护生的心电图辨识能力是切实可行、实用和有效的,而心电图辨识速度训练则有利于提高护生的心电图临床应用能力。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve nursing student's clinical application ability in electrocardiogram(ECG) interpretation.Methods: The Emergency ECG Teaching Atlas was used to give the training on ECG interpretation speed to 13 nursing students who had basic ECG knowledge.Results: The ECG interpretation speed was faster and accuracy was higher after training than those before training(P<0.01).Conclusion: A large amount of ECG interpretation training is feasible,practical and effective in the cultivation of nursing stud... |
