| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨临床路径在下肢静脉曲张激光治疗术患者护理中的实施效果。方法:将100例患者按照治疗时间段分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组自入院到出院按照传统的护理流程进行护理;观察组在入院时即应用临床路径实施护理,对路径上已执行的内容在护理记录单上依次记录。结果:观察组患者的平均住院天数和平均住院费用均少于对照组患者(P<0.05),且对护理的满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径流程合理,临床实施效果满意,可明显缩短患者的住院天数,减少住院费用,提高对护理的满意度。
