| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心理干预对出院精神病患者家属焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法:将160名住院治疗获临床痊愈的精神病患者家属随机分为干预组和非干预组各80名,非干预组采用一般常规性预约门诊复诊和电话随访,干预组进行针对性心理干预;两组分别在患者出院时家属入组时、入组6周后均采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和自制的健康知识调查表对家属分别进行测评。结果:干预组入组6周末SDS和SAS评分均有显著下降(P<0.01),均明显低于非干预组(P<0.01);非干预组入组6周末抑郁自评量表评分明显下降(P<0.01),焦虑自评量表评分明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:出院精神病患者家属的不良情绪明显,心理干预可有效地改善家属的心理健康状况、减轻其焦虑抑郁情绪。
