| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨产科不同护理模式干预对产妇产后抑郁症发生情况的影响。方法:将240例产妇随机分为对照组和实验组各120例,对照组采用常规的护理模式,实验组采用以产妇为中心的护理模式进行护理。分娩前、后分别采用医院焦虑抑郁情绪量表(HADS)、艾迪产后抑郁量表(EPDS)对两组抑郁情况进行评价。结果:两组分娩前HADS评分≥11分者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而分娩后EPDS评分≥13分者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组产程延长、难产和宫缩乏力发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以产妇为中心的护理模式可有效降低产妇产后抑郁症及并发生的发生率,应加强推广。
