短程团体心理辅导对大学生心理素质影响的分析

目的：评估短程团体心理辅导对大学生心理素质的影响。方法：设计为期1天的心理辅导活动内容，按每次120人共5批次进行团体心理辅导。并从中随机抽取60名设为辅导组，从未参加辅导的学生中随机抽取60名为对照组。分别在辅导前1天、辅导后1周、12周进行信赖他人量表、个人评价问卷、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表的评定和比较。结果：辅导后两组各量表的评定结果有显著性差异。结论：短程心理辅导有助于提高大学生人际交往能力和自信心，可改善抑郁、焦虑情绪。

Effect of Short-time Group Psychological Guidance on Mental Quality of College Students

Objective:To evaluate the effect of short-time group psychological guidance on mental quality of college students. Methods:Designed the content of one day's psychological coach.600 college students received psychological coach successively.60 students were randomly chosen as the intervened group,who were treated with one-day group psychological guidance,while 60 students,who never attended the group psychological guidance,were chosen as control.Assessed and compared the mental quality of the intervened group and the control group with the Faith in People Scale (FPS),Personal Evaluation Inventory (PEI),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) on the day before or 1 and 12 weeks after coach.Results:There were no significant differences of the scale of FPS,PEI,SAS,and SDS between two groups before coach and there were significant differences between two groups after coach.Conclusion:Short-time group guidance is helpful to developing college students' ability in interpersonal contact and self-confidence and improving depression and anxiety.
