| 摘 要： | 目的 评价CT引导下经皮穿刺肝脓肿引流效果。方法 对27例肝脓肿病人行CT引导下经皮穿刺引流。结果 27例病人行穿刺30次。穿刺成功率100％。共放置引流管30根。随访21～60d．病灶消失25例，治愈率92．6％，2例中转手术。结论 CT引导下经皮穿刺肝脓肿引流安全、微创、操作简单，可作为临床治疗肝脓肿的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of CT-guided percutaneous hepatic abscess drainage. Methods Twenty-seven patients with pyogenic liver abscess were treated with CT-guided percutaneous catheter drainage. Results Thirty punctures were done for 97 patients, the success rate being 100%, and 30 drainage tubes were inserted. They were followed for 21 60 clays, 95 patients were cured, the cure rate was 92. 6%. Two underwent surgery later on. Conclusion The CT guided percutaneous hepatic abscess catheter drainage is safe, microinvasive and easy-operating, which can be used as the firstchoice therapy for liver abscess. |
