145株临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌的分布和耐药性研究

目的调查2005—2007年医院临床分离的不动杆菌的分布和耐药性。方法采用纸片扩散法进行药物敏感试验，并对145株鲍曼不动杆菌的药物敏感试验结果进行回顾性分析。结果鲍曼不动杆菌占临床分离不动杆菌的93．5％（145／155），对哌拉西林、庆大霉素、头孢呋辛和环丙沙星的耐药率为69．2％，66．2％，62．2％和58．5％，对氨苄西林舒巴坦、氧氟沙星、阿米卡星和亚胺培南的敏感率为74．4％，56．7％，47．7％和100％。结论氨苄西林舒巴坦、阿米卡星、氧氟沙星具有高效的抗鲍曼不动杆菌活性，亚胺培南是目前治疗鲍曼不动杆菌最有效的药物。监测细菌的耐药性对选用抗菌药物非常重要.

Distribution and Drug Resistance of 155 Strains of Acinetobacter Isolated in our Hospital

Objective To investate the distribution and drug resistance of acinetobacter strains isolated in our hospital from 2005 to 2007. Methods The susceptibility of clinical isolates was tested by disk diffusion methed. A total of 145 clinical isolates were analyzed retrospectively. Results The strains of acinetobacter baumanii accouted for 93.5% of total acinetobacter species. The resistance rate of acinetobacter baumanii isolates to piperacillin, gentamicin, cefuroxime and ciprofloxacin were 69.2%, 66. 2%, 62.2% and 58.5% respectively. The susceptibility of acinetobacter baumanii isolateds to ampicillin, sulbactam, ofloxacin, Amikacin and imipenem were 74.4%, 56. 7%, 47.7% and 100% respectively. Conclusion Ampicillin, sulbactam, ofloxacin and amikacin have good antibacterial activity against acinetobacter baumanii species. Imipenem is most effective. Surveillance of bacterial resistance is of great important to rational selection of antibiotics.
