| 摘 要： | 随着大骨节病研究的不断深入、硒的作用已经受到极大的重视。本文对硒及硒加硫防治大骨节病前后患儿体内胶原代谢状况进行了观察,结果看到硒可以提高胶原代谢的速度;硒硫同时合用时较单纯服硒作用更好。对此结果进行了初步的分析讨论。

| Abstract: | Collagen metabolism in the children with Kashin-Beck's disease before and after treated with Se or Se and S was observed.The result indicated that supp-lementation of Se may increase the rate of collagen metabolism.The higher rate of collagen metabolism can be obtained when both Se and S were supplemented simultaneously than Se alone. |
