| 摘 要： | 目的：观察痤疮乳膏及其微米制剞治疗痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法：97例患者随机分为治疗组1（32例）、治疗组2（32例）和对照组（33例）。治疗组1、治疗组2分别外用痤疮乳膏及微米痤疮孔膏，对照组外用0．025％维A酸乳膏，连续治疗6周。结果：3组临床疗效无显著性差异，治疗组1、治疗组2、对照组不良反应发生率分别为6．25％、0％、27．27％。结论：痤疮乳膏、微米痤疮乳膏治疗痤疮安全、有效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To observe the efficacy and safety of Acne cream and Micron acne cream in the treatment of acne. METHODS： A total of 97 patients with acne were enrolled： 32 were randomly assigned to Acne cream group, another 32 to Micron acne cream group, and 33 to control group （external application of 0.025 % Tretinoin cream）. The efficacy and safety were evaluated after 6-week treatment. RESULTS： No significant difference was noted in clinical efficacy among all the three groups. Theincidences of adverse drug reactions in Acne cream, Micron acne cream, and control groups were 6.25%, 0%, and 27.27% respectively. CONCLUSION： Acne cream and Micron acne cream are effective and safe in the treatment of Acne. |
