| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨远端泪小管断裂显微镜下吻合术实用的手术方法和手术技巧.方法 2000年1月至2005年12月共收治的外伤性泪小管断裂中,断裂处距泪点5mm以上远端泪小管断裂者45例（45眼）,我们应用显微镜下直视法寻找到断裂的远端泪小管鼻侧断端口手术吻合.结果 86.67%的病例泪小管断裂吻合成功,无溢泪,泪道冲洗通畅.结论 手术显微镜下直视法加上熟练的手术技巧能准确地寻找到远端泪小管断裂的鼻侧断端口.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the operative effect of distal canalicular laceration anastomosis under microscope. Methods 45 cases with breaking ends over 5mm from puncta were treated under microscope to find out paranasal breakpoints of distal canalicular laceration. Results 86.6% cases were anastomosed successfully. Conclusions Finding out the breakpoints of distal canalicular laceration correctly and perfect skill are the key of success. |
