| 摘 要： | 目的：报告在尿道下裂尿道成形术后应用硬膜外自控镇痛术(PCEA)治疗膀胱痉挛性疼痛的疗效。方法：40例尿道下裂术后患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用PCEA。观察两组VAS测痛评分、膀胱痉挛次数，持续时间、尿瘘发生率等。结果：治疗组较对照组VAS评分、膀胱痉挛次数、持续时间、尿瘘发生率等明显减少，治疗组未出现硬膜外并发症。结论：PCEA技术能有效防治尿道下裂术后膀胱痉挛性疼痛，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the analgesic effect for bladder spasm with patient controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA)after urethroplasty of hypospadias. Methods: Forty post urethroplasty patients, who were randomly divided into two groups: PCEA group and control, 20 cases for each group, and the VAS scores, spastic frequency, continued times and occurring rate of urethral fistula were observed after operation. Results: VAS scores, spastic frequency, continued times and occurring rate of urethral fistula were decreased apparently in PCEA group compared with control. Complications of epidural analgesia were not happened. Conclusions: PCEA has excellent analgesic effect for baldder spasm after urethropalsty. It worth to extent. |
