| 摘 要： | 目的考察领导干部的应对方式与社会支持之间的关系。方法运用社会支持评定量表和应对方式问卷对甘肃省的865名领导干部的客观支持、支持利用度维度以及总分支持进行测评，并比较不同级别领导干部之间应对方式的差别。结果不同级别领导干部的应对方式在解决问题维度存在显著差异（P〈0．01）；不同级别领导干部的社会支持水平在客观支持、支持利用度及总分支持存在显著性差异（P〈0．05～0．01）；领导干部的客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度、总分支持与解决问题的应对方式均呈显著正相关，与自责、幻想、退避、合理化呈显著负相关。结论领导干部的应付方式与社会支持呈正相关。
