老年脑卒中患者早期的康复期护理

目的观察早期康复护理对脑卒中患者功能预后及生活质量的影响,并提出护理对策,促进康复。方法对我院自2007年8月至2009年9月期间的88例脑卒中康复期患者制定护理计划,并实施全面准确的护理取得了良好成效。结果通过积极配合医护人员的治疗和护理,使患者逐渐恢复各项自我功能,促进了病情的康复,缩短了病程。结论在做好心理护理的基础上,遵循循序渐进、主动与被动相结合的原则,早期康复护理有利于脑卒中瘫痪患者肢体功能恢复,可提高患者生活自理能力。

The Early Rehabilitation of Elderly Stroke Patients with Nursing

Objective To observe the early rehabilitation nursing on the prognosis of stroke patients and quality of life impact and measures on health care and promote rehabilitation.Methods For the period 88 cases of patients with stroke rehabilitation care plan to develop and implement a comprehensive and accurate nursing has achieved good.Results By actively cooperate with medical treatment and care so that patients gradually returning to the ego function,and promoted the rehabilitation of illness and shorten the course.Conclusion doing a good job on the basis of psychological care,follow the step by step,active and passive integrated principle,in favor of early rehabilitation care of stroke patients with paralysis of limb function recovery can improve patient self-care ability.
