| 摘 要： | 目的探讨组胺(HA)在荨麻疹发病中的意义。方法 用荧光分光光度法测定56例患者治疗前后血中HA含量,并与正常对照组相比较。结果31例急性荨麻疹和25例慢性荨麻疹治疗前血浆中HA含量高于正常对照组,治疗后血中HA含量与正常对照组相接近。结论HA是参与荨麻疹病理生理过程的主要介质之一,测定患者血中HA水平可反映机体对HA的释放情况,有利于临床观察病情、判断疗效,解释其发病机理。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of histamine in the pathogenesis and significance with urticaria. Methods To detect blood histamine content of 56 specimens with urticaria by fluorescence spectrophotometer method, then compared with that of normal control. Results The results showed that before treatment,blood histamine content of 31 specimens with acute urticaria and 25 specimens with chronic urticaria were significant higher than that of normal group, when the lesions disappeared after treatment,blood histamine content had no statistical difference than that of normal group. Conclusion It suggests that histamine plays an important role of pathogenesis in urticaria. It can reflect the liberty of histamine in the body,and it is beneficial to observe the state of the illness,judge the curative effect,and explain the pathogenesis in urticaria. |
