| 摘 要： | 目的通过试验确定三磷酸胞苷二钠注射液细菌内毒素的具体检测方法。方法选择不同生产厂家相应灵敏度的鲎试剂,进行干扰试验,研究细菌内毒素检查方法。结果用灵敏度0.5EU/ml的鲎试剂,进行细菌内毒素检查,没有出现干扰作用。结论三磷酸胞苷二钠注射液可用细菌内毒素检查法代替热原检查法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish bacterial endotoxin test of Cytidine Disodium Triphosphate Injection instead of pyrogen method. Methods The inhibition or enhancement test was carried out on 3 lots of Cytidine Disodium Triphosphate Injection with different products of tachypleus amebocyte lysate ( TAL). Results the concentration of Cytidine Disodium Triphosphate Injection had neither inhibition nor enhancement action. Conclusion The method of bacterial endotoxin test of Cytidine DisodiumTriphosphate injection could be used for the control of pyrogen. |
