更昔洛韦治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的疗效观察

目的 观察更昔洛韦治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法 将68例病性毒脑炎患儿随机分为两组，治疗组38例应用更昔洛韦，对照组30例应用利巴韦林，7～10d为一疗程。结果 两组患儿的临床疗效治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92.1％和73.3％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组发热、头痛、呕吐、抽搐、意识障碍等消失时间均较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05）。结论 更昔洛韦治疗小儿病毒性脑炎疗效较好，毒副作用少，值得临床推广应用。

Observation on efficacy of ganciclovir for viral encephalitis in children

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ganciclovir for viral encephalitis in children. Methods 68 pediatric cases of viral encephalitis were randomly divided into two groups, 38 patients in ganciclovir group and 30 patients in ribavirin group. Each therapeutic course lasted for seven to ten days. Results The total rates for efficacy of patients in these two groups were 92.1% and 73.3 % respectively, there was a significant difference between these two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The recovery time of fever, headache, vomiting, tic and unconsciousness in ganciclovir group was obviously shorter than that of ribavirin group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ganciclovir has good efficacy and little side effects for treatment of viral encephalitis in children and it is worthy to be recommended.
