| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨地震伤员的心理干预措施。方法：应用抑郁症评估表（SDS）和焦虑自评表（SAS）以及症状自评量表（SCL-90）对62例地震伤员进行心理调查，咨询，分析，有针对性地开展心理干预。结果：经过对地震伤员进行心理护理，大部分伤员心理疾病情况有显著改善。结论：对地震伤员进行心理干预具有一定的迫切性，而良好的医患关系是做好心理护理工作的前提，全面正确的医疗计划和个性化的心理护理措施是保证地震伤员身心健康的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the psychological state of the fracture patients after Sichuan earthquake of May 12 and to adopt appropriate medical and nursing strategies accordingly. Method：To investigate, consult and analyze the psychological state of 62 cases of patients by using SDS, SAS and SCL-90, then adopt psychological intervention, accordingly. Result：A lot of patients＇ psychological diseases have been significantly improved after psychological nursing. Conclusion： The targeted psychological intervention to promote early recovery of the patients is entirely necessary. The harmonious relationship between doctors, nurses and patients is the basis, and an accurate medical and nursing strategies and individual psychological nursing are the key point for the patients＇ physical and mental health. |
