多层螺旋CT对非创伤性急腹症的诊断价值

目的：探讨多层螺旋CT（MDCT）对非创伤性急腹症的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析151例非创伤性急腹症患者CT诊断和临床最终诊断（手术、病理或临床证实）的一致性。结果：本组共151例，诊断符合142例，诊断符合率94．04％，误诊4例，漏诊5例，误诊及漏诊率5．96%。结论：MDCT对非创伤性急腹症的定位及定性诊断具有重要价值。

The diagnostic evaluation of MDCT in untraumatic acute abdomen

Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of multi--detector spiral CT for untraumatic acute abdomen. Method：The correspondence of spiral CT diagnosis and clinical diagnosis （confirmed by operation ,pathology or clinic） were analyzed retrospectively in 151 patients with untraumatic acute abdomen. Result： Among the 151 cases ,the CT diagnosis of 142 patients were consistent with the clinical diagnosis , the corresponding diagnosis rate was 94.04 %. There were 9 cases who were misdiagnosis and miss diagnosis. The rate was 5.96 %. Conclusion：MDCT plays an important role in evaluating the location and diagnosis of untraumatic acute abdomen.
