2006-2008年我院药品不良反应分析

目的了解我院药品不良反应（ADR）发生规律和特点,为临床用药提供安全信息。方法对我院2006-2008年上报的86份ADR报告,按患者性别、年龄、给药途径、引起ADR的药品种类、涉及器官或系统以及临床表现等进行统计分析。结果静脉给药较其他给药途径更易发生ADR;抗微生物药发生的ADR的比例最高;中药注射液发生的ADR最严重;86例报告中,男女性别比例无明显差别,10岁以下和65岁以上患者ADR发生率高于其他年龄段;ADR的临床表现以皮疹、瘙痒等皮肤及其附件为主,其次为循环系统、消化系统和神经系统损害。结论抗微生物药和中药注射液是ADR监测的重点,应加强药品不良反应监测,确保用药安全。

Retrospective analysis of ADR cases in our hospital from 2006 to 2008

Objictive To studied the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reaction （ADR） occurred in our hospital,to provided drug safety information for clinical medicine.Methods 86 ADR case reports collected in our hospital in 2006-2008 were analyzed statistically in respect of patient sex,age,route of administration,types of drugs causing ADR involving organs or systems and clinical performance.Results The ADR were more likely caused via inrravenous drip;anti-infective shad the highest proportion to induce ADR;Traditional chinese medicine injections shad the most serious proportion to induce ADR ;of the totel 86 ADR cases, no significant difference was noted in sex, but the incidence rate of ADR inpatieats aged below 10 or above 65 was higher than in other age groups. The main pre-sentation of the ADR was damoge of skin and its appendaged such as erythra and pruritas etc, followed by the lesions of circulatory and digestive system. Conclusion An emphasis should be laid on the ADR of antimicrobial drugs and traditional chinese medicine injections, It is important to strengthen ADR monitoring and ensure safe medication.
