| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在脑梗死患者康复过程中运用自理模式的有效性。方法选择符合入组标准的脑梗死患者81例,随机分为观察组40例和对照组41例。观察组运用自理模式,根据脑梗死患者及家属不同的自理能力,根据完全代偿、部分代偿、支持-教育3种护理系统制定护理措施及护理质量要求,并对观察组患者实施3个系统对应护理。结果与对照组比较,观察组40d后Barthel指数明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,护理并发症、护理意外低于对照组（P〈0.01）,对药物知识了解程度高于对照组（P〈0.01）,对护理效果满意度98%高于对照组对护理效果满意度94%。结论在脑梗死患者康复过程中运用自理模式,能够提高患者自我管理能力,提高患者对护理效果的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigated the protection effect on heart and kidney of telmisartan,while brough high blood pressure down.Methods Choice in our hospital out-patients with essential hypertension 1,2-grade 80 cases,out 2 weeks after the other antihypertensive drugs,oral telmisartan 80mg,the average observed for 2 years to compare echocardiographic parameters,ST segment changes,blood and urine 24h β2-microglobulin changes before and after treatment.Results After treatment,echocardiographic parameters ST
segment changes, blood and urine 24h β2 -microglobulin compared with those before treatment have improved to varying degrees, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01或 P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Telmisartan in the treatment of hyprtension,while heart and kidney had a good protective effect, but it should be a long-term treatment adherence. |
