摘    要:目的探讨缬沙坦联用依那普利,对高血压患者心功能及左心室肥厚的影响。方法45例高血压患者随机分为治疗组23例和对照组22例,观察2组血压,采用彩色超声心动图测定治疗前及治疗12个月后左心功能及左心室参数变化,观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组治疗后每搏输出量(SV)、每分输出量(CO)、左室射血分数(LVEF)均高于治疗前和对照组(P〈0.05);左室舒张未期内径(LVDd)、左室收缩未期内径(LVSd)、左室质量指数(LVMI)均下降,与治疗前及对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论缬沙坦联用依那普利,改善高血压患者心功能及左室肥厚作用优于单独应用依那普利。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effcets of conbination valsartan with enalapril on cardiac function and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) in hypertensive patients.Methods 45 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group of 23 cases and control group of 22 cases.Blood pressure were examined every day.Cardiac function and LVH parameters were measured by the colour ultrasonic cardiogram(UCG) before and after 12 months of treatment the patients and to observe clinical specific symptions and safety. Results The SV, CO and LVEF were increased significantly in the treatment group(P 〈0.05). The patients in treatment group had significantly changes on LVDd , LVSd and LVMI after treatment, and lower than control group ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion The combination of valsartan with enalapril in hypertensive patients has better effect on left ventricular function and LVH than enalapril alone.
