凉血地黄汤对肝硬化患者凝血指标的影响

目的观察凉血地黄汤对肝硬化患者凝血指标的影响。方法267例肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组134例和对照组133例,2组均给予综合治疗,治疗组加用凉血地黄汤,观察2组治疗前后血浆凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶原活动度（PTA）、纤维蛋白（FIB）等凝血指标的变化情况。结果2组治疗后PT、APTT均较治疗前降低,PTA、FIB升高,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;且治疗组各项指标改善情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论凉血地黄汤治疗肝硬化可缩短出凝血时间,提高凝血酶原活动度,减少患者出血倾向。

The influences of Liangxuedihuang on blood coagulation indice of patients with cirrhosis

Objective To observe the influences of Liangxuedihuang on blood coagulation indice of patients with cirrhosis.Methods 267 cases of liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment group of 134 cases and control group of 133 cases,the two groups were given a comprehensive treatment,the treatment group with the Liangxuedihuang,observed the two groups before and after treatment of plasma prothrombin time（PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）,prothrombin activity（PTA）,fibrinogen（FIB） and other indicators of changes in blood clotting.Results After treatment,PT and APTT of the two group lower than those before treatment,PTA and FIB increased,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）;and the indicators improvements of the treatment group were better than those of control group the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Liangxuedihuang treatment with cirrhosis can shorten the clotting time,increase prothrombin activity to reduce the bleeding tendency in patients.
