肾脏损伤患者IL—6、IL—8检测的临床意义

目的　探讨血、尿 IL - 6、IL - 8在肾脏损伤中的变化及意义。方法　肾损伤患者 2 41例 ,分为尿蛋白定性阴性组和尿蛋白定性阳性组 ,应用 EL ISA法分别检测血、尿 IL - 6、IL - 8水平。结果　肾脏损伤患者尿蛋白定性阴性时血、尿IL - 6、IL - 8轻度升高 ,但与对照组无显著差异 ,尿蛋白定性阳性组尿 IL - 6、IL - 8明显增高 ;血、尿 IL - 6、IL - 8之间无相关性。结论　 IL - 6、IL - 8等细胞因子检测对肾损伤早期诊断价值不大 ,但可反映肾损伤的严重程度 ,对发病机理的探讨、病情的观察具有重要意义

The Clinical Significance of Examining IL-6 and IL-8 In Sera and Urine in Patients with Renal Injuries

Objective To study the changes of IL 6 and IL 8 in sera and urine in patients with renal injuries and their clinical significance.Methods 241 patients with renal diseases were divided into urinary albumin negative group and urinary albumin positive group.The levels of IL 6 and IL 8 of serum and urine were determined with ELISA.Results IL 6 and IL 8 levels in serum and urine increased slightly in urinary albumin negative group and no significant difference was found when compared with the control,while in urinary albumin positive group the levels of IL 6 and IL 8 were significantly higher than those in control.There was no correlation in the levels of IL 6 and IL 8 between serum and urine.Conclusion Examination of IL 6 and IL 8 wasn't very valuable in the early diagnosis of renal disease,but it could reflect the severity of renal diseases and might play a important role in investigation of the pathogenesis and state of these diseases.
