| 摘 要： | 本文总结了8例儿童慢性肺原性心脏病的尸体解剖和临床资料,发现儿童慢性肺原性心脏病与成人慢性肺原性心脏病间存在肺部病变、临床经过和表现方面的差异,并对其差异发生的原因和容易误诊的原因进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | 8 cases autopsy and clinic meterials of chronic cor pulmonale in children, are summarized. The pulmonary changes, clinical process and manifestation differences between cor pulmonale in children and adult are found. The capable courses of differences and easy misdiagnosis are discussed. |
