| 摘 要： | 根据孕期护士的生理特点，分析危害孕期护士身心健康的化学、生物、物理、职业性紧张等因素，并提出加强护士孕期职业安全健康教育、建立健全护士孕期健康评定系统、加强高危科室管理等对策，以保证孕期护士的职业安全。

| Abstract: | Based on the physiological characteristics of the pregnant nurses,this paper analyzed the chemical,biological,physical risk factors and occupational stress which may do harm to the pregnant nurses,and proposed some suggestions to ensure the occupational safety for the pregnant nurses,such as strengthening health education on the occupational precaution during pregnancy,setting up the assessment system of pregnant health and improving the management of high-dangerous departments. |
