桂枝茯苓丸配合金刚藤胶囊治疗卵巢囊肿的临床观察

目的：探讨桂枝茯苓丸配合金刚藤胶囊治疗卵巢囊肿的效果。方法：选择2011年1月-2012年1月在我院治疗的卵巢囊肿患者200例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组100例,对照组使用桂枝茯苓丸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用金刚藤胶囊,比较两组疗效。结果：治疗后,观察组显效85例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率为97.0%（97/100）,对照组显效52例,有效29例,无效19例,总有效率81.0%（81/100）,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：桂枝茯苓丸配合金刚藤胶囊治疗卵巢囊肿临床效果好于单用桂枝茯苓丸,疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating ovarian cysts with Guizhi Fuling Wan plus Jingangteng capsule

Objective： To study clinical effects of Guizhi Fuling Wan plus the Jingangteng capsule on ovarian cyst. Methods： 200 cases of patients with ovarian cyst were selected, they were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group and the control group, each group of 100 cases. The control group was given Guizhi Fuling Wan, the observation group added Jingangteng capsule. Results： In the observation group, 85 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective, 3 cases were invalid, the total efficiency was 97.0% （97/100）; In the control group, 52 cases were markedly effective, 29 cases were effective, 19 cases were invalid, the total efficiency was 81.0% （81/100）; the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Wan plus the Jingangteng capsule was better than Guizhi Fuling Wan solo, and it was worthy of clinical promotion.
