| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自拟强心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将104例确诊为慢性心力衰竭的病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用自拟中药汤剂强心汤加减,对照组采用常规治疗,2周为1个疗程,共2个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率优于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：自拟强心汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Qiangxin decoction on treating chronic heart failure. Methods： 104 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine treatment, and another was given the Qiangxin decoction more All were given two courses of treatment. Results： The efficacy in the treatment was better, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Qiangxin decoction was confirmed with effect. |
