拔罐刺络治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效观察

目的：观察使用拔罐刺络放血治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效及带状疱疹的护理。方法：依据随机数字表的方法将60例患者分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用中药口服,配合拔罐刺络放血,马齿苋水煎剂湿敷,对照组采用中药口服,马齿苋水煎剂湿敷的方法,观察两组患者红斑消退时间、水疱干涸时间、疼痛消失时间,进行统计分析。结果：两组患者基线资料具有可比性,两组患者红斑消退时间、水疱干涸时间、疼痛消失时间具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,治疗组与对照组的疗效比较具有统计学差异（P=0.037）。结论：拔罐刺络放血的方法治疗带状疱疹取得良好的疗效,具有简单易行、见效快、无副作用,减少后遗神经痛发生率低等优点。

Clinical Effects Observation of Cupping and Bloodletting on Herpes Zoster

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of cupping and bloodletting on herpes zoster and nursing care for herpes zoster. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group took orally herbal medicine, combined with cupping and bloodletting and protulaca oleracea decoction compressed;the control group was treated with oral herbal medicine and protulaca oleracea decoction compressed, to observe erythema subsided time, blister dry time, pain disappearing time and then to analyze statistically. Results：The erythema subsided time, blister dry time, pain disappearing time of the two showed significant difference （P〈0.05）;comparison of the efficacy of the two groups showed significant difference （P=0.037）. Conclusion：the cupping and bloodletting therapy proves favorable curative effects on herpes zoster and it is simple and quick with no side effect, reduces the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia.
