| 摘 要： | 目的：研究中西医结合调脂治疗早期防治心脑血管疾病新思路,防治关口前移,重视心脑血管疾病二级预防,控制危险因素,关注中、低危人群早期干预。方法：把72例患者随机分成两组,即对照组和实验组,每组36例,对照组使用中医治疗的方法,实验组在对照组基础上加使用荷丹片与痰瘀同治中西医相结合的方法,对两组患者早期防治心脑血管疾病的情况进行比较,比较的内容为患者治疗后哪一种方式更适合于心脑血管疾病的二级预防。结果：实验组治疗后的相关指标优于对照组,实验组治疗后使患者获得的收益高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：用中西医结合的方法调脂治疗早期防治心脑学管疾病新思路,能够提供更多的治疗机会。

New ideas of treating cardiovascular disease in the integrative medicine plus blood lipid regulation therapy |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study new ideas of the integrative medicine plus blood lipid regulation therapy on preventing and treating cardiovascular disease. Methods： 72 patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group, 36 cases for each. The control group was given TCM medicine treatment, while the experimental group was given the integrative medicine treatment. Clinical effects of preventing and treating cardiovascular disease were compared, and content of comparison was which method is more suitable for secondary cardiovascular disease prevention. Results： The total efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control （P〈0.05） Conclusion： New ideas of the integrative medicine plus blood lipid regulation therapy could provide more opportunity for treating cardiovascular disease. |
