中西医结合护理模式对提高股骨头坏死患者术后生存质量的临床分析

目的：对32例股骨头坏死患者采用全髋关节置换术,术后进行中西医结合护理模式,分析患者术后生存质量。方法：2012年10月—2013年3月期间在我院进行全髋关节置换术的股骨头坏死患者32例,随机分成观察组16例,对照组16例。观察组给予中西医结合护理,对照组给予常规护理方式护理。采用HHS（Harris hip score）和SF-12（生存质量表）对两组患者术前和手术后5个月的情况评分。结果：两组术前和术后HHS评分和SF-12评分均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;术后,观察组的HHS评分与对照组相比无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,但SF-12评分高于对照组,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合护理模式能够提高股骨头坏死患者术后生存质量。值得推广。

Clinical analysis of nursing model on the quality of life improve postoperative patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head with integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective：32 cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head were treated by total hip replacement surgery, postoperative combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing model, quality of survival analysis of patients after operation. Methods： 32 patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head during October 2013 March 2012 a total hip replacement in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group of 16 cases, 16 cases of the control group. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing, the control group was given routine nursing care mode. Using HHS （Harris hip score） and SF-12 （WHOQOL-100） score of 5 months in patients of two groups before and after operation. Results：the difference of HHS score and SF-12 score were statistically in two groups before and after operation （P〈0.05）;after operation, no statistically significant difference compared to the observation group HHS score and the control group （P〉0.05）, but SF-12 was higher than that of the control group, there were significant differences （P〈0.05） conclusion： to quality survival improve the avascular necrosis of the femoral head in patients with postoperative nursing mode of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine. It is worth popularization.
