黄芪建中汤治疗功能性消化不良90例临床观察

目的：探讨黄芪建中汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法：将135例患者随机分成治疗组90例与对照组45例，治疗组用黄芪建中汤治疗，对照组应用吗丁啉片治疗，两组均以15d为1个疗程，连服2个疗程，随访观察1个月。从综合疗效与胃镜疗效两个方面进行对比观察。结果：两组综合疗效比较：治疗组治愈40例，治愈率为44．4％，有效84例，总有效率为93．3％；对照组治愈7例，治愈率为15．6％，有效36例，总有效率80．0％，治疗组的治愈率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），总有效率也明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），且有显著的差异。而两组的胃镜疗效比较，治疗组复查53例，治愈15例，治愈率为28．3％，有效47例，总有效率88．7％；对照组复查29例，治愈2例，治愈率为6．9％，有效20例，总有效率为69．0%,治疗组的治愈率及总有效率均明显高于对照组，且有显著的差异（P〈0．05）。同时90例患者中未有一例出现明显不良反应。结论：黄芪建中汤治疗功能性消化不良和吗丁啉片治疗功能性消化不良比较有明显的差异。黄芪建中汤治疗功能性消化不良具有症状缓解快、病程短、疗效显著的特点，值得临床应用。

Clinical observation on treating 90 cases of functional dyspepsia with the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on functional dyspepsia. Methods： 135 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 90 cases and control group of 45 cases, the treatment group was given the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction, the control group was given domperidone, two groups were followed-up for 1 month. Results： In the treatment group, 40 cases were cured, the curative rate was 44.4%; 84 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 93.3%; in the control group, 7 cases were cured, the curative rate was 15.6%; 36 cases were effective, the total efficacy was 80%, the curative rate in the treatment was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.01）, the same as the total efficacy （P〈0.05）, and there were significant differences. Comparison of endoscopic therapeutic effects in the two groups, in the treatment group, 53 cases were reviewed, 15 cases were cured, the curative rate was 28.3%, 47 cases were effective, the total efficacy was 88.7%; in the control group, 29 cases were reviewed, 2 cases were cured, the curative rate was 6.9%, 20 cases were effective, the total efficacy was 69%, the curative rate and the total efficacy in the treatment were significantly higher than the control group, and there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. At the same time, 90 cases all with no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion： The Huangqi Jianzhong decoction shows significantly different compared with Domperidone on functional dyspepsia. The Huangqi Jianzhong decoction can relieve symptoms quickly, shorten course of disease, has curative effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
