强肝软坚丸对肝纤维化大鼠肝组织HGF表达的影响

目的：观察强肝软坚丸对肝纤维化模型大鼠肝组织肝细胞生长因子（HGF）表达的影响，分析强肝软坚丸抗肝纤维化的治疗作用并探讨其作用机制。方法：雄性Wistar大鼠120只，随机分为6组：正常对照组、模型组、秋水仙碱预防组、秋水仙碱治疗组、强肝软坚预防组、强肝软坚治疗纽，采用猪血清诱导免疫损伤性肝纤维化模型。各组于10周后随机取10只大鼠断头处死，取肝组织，免疫组化染色，用图像分析法检测HGF。结果：强肝软坚丸有明显的抑制肝纤维化模型大鼠肝组织HGF的表达的作用，且抑制作用要优于秋水仙碱（P〈0．05）。结论：强肝软坚丸能够抑制肝脏纤维化病理改变，增加HGF的表达，具有明显的抗肝纤维化作用。

Effects of Qianggan Ruanjian pill on expression of HGF in the liver tissue of HF rats

Objective： To observe the effect of Qianggan Ruanjian pill on expression of HGF in the liver tissue of hepatic fibrosis rats and its action of anti-fibrotic. Methods： 120 cases of male Wistar rats were randomly divided six groups： the control group, the model group, the Qiushuixian Jian prevention group, the Qiushuixian Jian treatment group, the Qianggan Ruanjian prevention group and the Qianggan Ruanjian treatment group; after 10 weeks, they were given pig serum-induced immunity HF; and 10 case of rates were randomly selected and decapitated, the liver tissue was took and immunohistochemical staining; HGF was detected by image analysis. Results： Qianggan Ruanjian pill shows obvious effects on expression of HGF in the liver tissue of HF rats, and was better than Qiushuixian Jian （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Qianggan Ruanjian pill can control the change of HF, add expression of HGF, and has significant effect on anti-fibrotic.
