四君子汤合白头翁汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床分析

目的：分析四君子汤合白头翁汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果,对溃疡性结肠炎的临床治疗提供一些参考数据。方法：选取从2010年9月-2013年9月期间在我院接受诊治的溃疡性结肠炎病人148例为对象进行研究,这些患者均有腹泻、里急后重等溃疡性结肠炎症状,各74例;对照组选用白头翁汤,试验组在对照组的基础上联合四君子汤进行治疗。结果：患者治疗后试验组总有效率为94．5％,对照组患者总有效率为85．1％;试验组的显效人数和总有效率均高于对照组患者的治疗效果,比较得P〈0．05,即比较差异有意义。结论：四君子汤治标治本,促进患者增强免疫力,增强自身的外界抵抗能力。患者治疗后试验组显效,比较得P〈0．05,说明四君子汤可以达到扶正祛邪、帮助机体尽快启动自我恢复和修复标本兼治之效果,值得推广。

A clinical analysis of treating ulcerative colitis with the Si Junzi decoction plus the Baitouweng decoction

Objective： To analyse clinical effects of the Si Junzi decoction plus the Baitouweng decoction on ulcerative colitis, and provide some references for ulcerative colitis. Methods： 148 patients in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2013, and were divided into two groups, 30 cases for each. The treatment group was given the Baitouwen decoction; another was given the Si Junzi decoction more. Results： The total efficacy in the experimental 94.5% was higher than 85.5% in the control. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Si Junzi decoction has ulcerative colitis of Zhibiao Zhiben, Fuzheng Quxie, also can improve immunity, and was worthy of promotion.
