针灸太溪穴及降压点对高血压病疗效的临床观察

目的：对高血压病治疗中应用针灸太溪穴及降压点的临床疗效进行分析。方法：选取高血压患者106例，随机分为对照组与观察组各53例，对照组给予倍他乐克治疗，观察组给予针刺太溪穴与降压点治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组；两组患者治疗后收缩压及舒张压均显著下降，且观察组收缩压及舒张压显著低于对照纽。结论：在高血压病治疗中应用针灸太溪穴及降压点治疗降压效果显著，安全性高，值得在临床中推广。

Clinical observation on treating hypertension by acupuncture at Taixi and Jiangya Dian

Objective： To analyze clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Taixi and Jiangya Dian on hypertension. Methods： 106 patients were randomly divided into the observation group （53 cases） and the control group （53 cases）. The control group was given Betaloc; another was given acupuncture at Taixi and Jiangya Dian. Clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficacy in the observation was obviously higher; systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were obviously decreased in both after treatment; systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the observation were obviously lower. Conclusion： Acupuncture at Taixi and Jiangya Dian showed better clinical efficacy and high safety on hypertension, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
