抑肝扶脾汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的随机对照临床研究

目的：探究抑肝扶脾汤对腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床治疗效果。方法：选取2010年9月-2011年9月在我院确诊的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者50例，随机均匀分为实验组和对照组两组，实验组服用抑肝扶脾汤，对照组服用得舒特，以8周为1个疗程，对两组患者服药后的临床数据进行比较分析。结果：实验组患者中18例患者痊愈，具有显著效果的5例，有效的2例，有效率达100％；对照组患者中8例痊愈，10例效果显著，3例有效，4例无效，有效率为84％。结论：抑肝扶脾汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征具有显著效果。

Clinical controlled research on treating diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome with the Yigan Fupi decoction

Objective： To explore clinical effects of the Yigan Fupi decoction on diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 50 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was given the Yigan Fupi decoction, the control group was given Deshute, 8 weeks as a course, clinical data in two groups after medication were analyzed. Results： In the experimental group, 18 cases were cured, 5 cases were better effective, 2 cases were effective, the total efficacy was 100%; in the control group, 8 cases were cured, 10 cases were better effective, 3 cases were effective, 4 cases were invalid, the total effective was 84%. Conclusion： The Yigan Fupi decoction showed significant effects.
