颈痛一号方配合熥敷合剂治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效观察

目的：观察颈痛一号方配合熥敷合剂临床治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法：首先以250例神经根型颈椎病患者作为临床试验样本,采用随机方法分为两组,以10d为1个疗程,整个实验周期为3个疗程。其中一组只采用熥敷合剂热敷;另一组则采用颈痛一号方配合熥敷合剂热敷治疗。结果：治疗结束后,分别对两组进行3个月至半年的随访,据统计单独实施熥敷合剂热敷的患者,麻木和疼痛等临床症状得以缓解的占到88.1%,而另一组有效果的占总体96.5%,两组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：通过观察比较,熥敷合剂配合颈痛一号方对于治疗颈椎病有明显效果,比单独使用中药热敷疗效好。

Clinical observation on treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis with the neck pain I recipe plus Tengfu mixture

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the neck pain I recipe plus Tengfu mixture on nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods： 250 patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group was given Tengfu mixture, and another was given the neck pain I recipe more. Results： Relief rate of numbriess and pain in the Tengfu mixture group was 88.1%, in another group it was 96.5%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The neck pain I recipe plus Tengfu mixture was good at treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis, shows better effects.
