地塞米松、红花注射液联合针灸治疗急性面神经炎的疗效观察

目的：观察地塞米松、红花注射液联合针灸治疗急性面神经炎（AFP）的临床效果。方法：选取2010年5月-2012年5月期间在我院诊治的66例急性面神经炎患者，根据治疗方案的不同分为观察组（33例）和对照组（33例），对照组采用单纯针灸治疗，观察组在针灸治疗基础上加用地塞米松和红花注射液治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果：对照组总有效率63．6％，观察组总有效率87．9％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组优势明显。结论：地塞米松、红花注射液联合针灸治疗急性面神经炎疗效确切，治疗安全方便，不良反应少，值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating acute facial paralysis with dexamethasone,safflower injection plus acupuncture

Objective： To observe clinical effecrs of dexamethasone, safflower injection plus acupuncturein on acute facial paralysis （AFP）. Methods： 66 patients with acute facial paralysis were divided into two groups according to the different treatment options. The control was given simple acupuncture, while the observation was given dexamethasone and safflower injection more. Results： In the control group, the total efficacy was 63.6%, in the observation it was 87.9%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the observation group showed obvious advantages. Conclusion： Dexamethasone, safflower injection plus acupuncture showed confirmed effects and less adverse reactions; it was safe and easy to operate, and were worthy of clinical application.
