苦碟子和参麦注射液联合应用治疗肺心病急性加重临床研究

目的：观察苦碟子注射液（悦安欣）联合参麦注射液（正大）治疗肺源性心脏病急性加重的疗效。方法：将已确诊的肺心病急性加重患者92例随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用苦碟子注射液和参麦注射液,比较两组心衰、呼衰恢复情况及炎症反应控制情况。结果：治疗组在改善患者心衰及呼衰方面及控制炎症反应方面明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：苦碟子注射液联合参麦注射液治疗肺心病急性加重效果明显,值得在临床推广。

Clinical research on treating pulmonary heart disease with Kudie Zi injection plus Shenmai injection

Objective： To observe clinical effects observation of Kudie Zi injection plus Shenmai injection on treating acut exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease. Methods： 92 patients were randomly divided into two groups; the control group was given routine western medicine, while the treatment group was given Kudie Zi injection and Shenmai injection more. Heart failure recovery, lung failure recovery and inflammatory control situation in two groups were compared. Results： Improvement of heart failure and inflammatory efficacy in the treatment group were better than that the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Kudie Zi injection plus Shenmai injection was effective on pulmonary heart disease.
