慢性胃炎60例中医诊疗体会

目的：探讨中药半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将我中心在2010年6月-2011年6月收治的120例慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组60例。对照组患者给予三九胃泰口服治疗，实验组患者给予半夏泻心汤治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的临床症状改善、不良反应情况及HP转阴率。结果：实验组的总有效率为91．2％，显著高于对照组75．5％，P〈0．05。实验组的HP转阴率为89．8％（44／49），明显高于对照组73．5％（36／49），P〈0．05。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论：半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎，可有效调节机体的免疫功能和内分泌功能，发挥抗炎作用，有效改善慢性胃炎患者的泛酸、嗳气、胃脘疼痛等临床症状，且不良反应少、耐受性好。

Clinical experience for diagnosing and treating 60 cases of chronic gastritis in TCM

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of the Banxia Xiexin decoction on treating chronic gastritis. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases for each. The control group was given Sanjiu Weitai capsules orally, the experimental group was given the Banxia Xiexin decoction; improvement of clinical symptoms, situation of adverse reactions and HP negative rate in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficacy in the experimental was 91.2%, higher than 75.5% in the control, P〈0.05. HP negative rate in the experimental was 89.8% （44/49）, higher than 73.5% （36/49） in the control, P〈0.05. Two groups have no side reactions. Conclusion： The Banxia Xiexin decoction can effectively regulate the body＇s immune function and endocrine function and has a function of anti-inflammatory; improve chronic gastritis heartburn, belching, epigastric pain with Jess side reactions, better endurance.
