腹部手术后疼痛的影响因素及护理对策

目的：对腹部手术后病人疼痛的影响因素进行调查分析，并提出相应的护理对策。方法：采用问卷调查法，抽取厦门市某三级甲等医院住院期间行外科腹部手术的病人100名进行有关术后疼痛相关因素的问卷调查。结果：腹部手术后，对病人的疼痛影响最大的因素是：术后切口疼痛、术后不舒适的体位及术后各种引流管；影响最小的因素是：输液及心理状况。结论：加强对术后疼痛的观察，及时给予手术后患者有效的控制疼痛的方法，缓解疼痛，促进术后病人的舒适，从而提高外科护理质量。

A clinical analysis of abdominal pain after surgery

Objective： To investigate and analyze factors of abdominal pain after surgery, and put forward appropriate nursing strategy. Methods： 100 patients were selected to given questionnaire relating to postoperative pain factors. Results： The main factors affecting patients＇ pain was incision pain, postoperative discomfort and postoperative various postural drainage tube; while the minimum factor was infusion and psychological condition. Conclusion： The observation of postoperative pain should be redoubled, effective method must be proposed to control pain and improve patients＇ comfort, therefore, surgical care quality can be improved.
