手术与创伤诱发深静脉血栓的中西医结合治疗

目的：探讨手术与创伤诱发深静脉血栓的中西医结合治疗的临床应用价值。方法：抗凝加内服中药治疗手术与创伤诱发深静脉血栓形成29例。结果：临床治愈16例,占55.17%,显著好转8例,占27.58%,进步4例,占13.79%,无效1例,占3.45%。结论：临床实践证明,西药结合中药补阳还五汤治疗本病,确为行之有效的方法,特别是针对不能西药溶栓的手术或外伤诱发DVT病人具有重要的临床价值。

Treating deep vein thrombosis from surgery and trauma in the integrative medicine

Objective： To discuss clinical application value of the integrative medicine in treating DVT from surgery and trauma. Methods： 29 patients were treated with anticoagulation plus TCM medicine. Results： 16 cases （55.17%） were cured, 8 cases （27.58%） were markedly effective, 4 cases （13.79%） were improved, and 1 case （3.45%） was invalid. Conclusion： Clinical efficacy of the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus western medicine was confirmed with important clinical value, especially in patients who can not treated with western medicine in thrombolysis.
