颈椎推拿结合浮针疗法治疗颈性高血压的临床观察

目的：分析颈椎推拿结合浮针疗法与浮针疗法治疗颈性高血压的临床疗效。方法：168例颈性高血压病患者，分为两组，每组84例，分别采取颈椎推拿结合浮针疗法和单独浮针疗法。颈椎推拿结合浮针疗法治疗组，首先给予推拿治疗1次，然后行浮针治疗，4d后拔出浮针软管再行推拿治疗3次。浮针治疗组皮下留针4d为后，间隔3d，不做其他治疗，3周为1个疗程。结果：颈椎推拿结合浮针疗法治疗颈性高血压84例，颈椎推拿结合浮针疗法治疗痊愈55例，显效21例，有效7例，无效1例，显效率90.47％，总有效率98．80％。浮针疗法组84例，临床痊愈34例，显效20例，有效23例，无效7例，显效率64.28％，总有效率91．66％。组间相比具有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：颈椎推拿结合浮针疗法治疗颈性高血压较单纯浮针疗法治疗颈性高血压组间比较具有疗效好的特点，具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical observation On treating neck hypertension by cervical Tuina plus float needle therapy

Objective： To analyze effects of cervical Tuina plus float needle therapy on neck hypertension. Methods： 168 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 84 cases for each. The integrative group was given Tuina plus float needle therapy; after 4 days, float needle was pulled out, Tuina for 3 times; the floating needle group was given needle every 4th day beneath skin, 3 days for 1 course. Results： In the integrative group, 55 cases were cured, 21 cases were improved better, 7 cases were improved, and l case was invalid, the efficacy was 90.47%, and the total efficacy was 98.80%. In the floating needle group, 34 cases were cured, 20 cases were improved better, 23 cases were improved, and 7 cases were invalid, the efficacy was 64.28%, and the total efficacy was 91.66%. The difference was statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Tuina plus float needle therapy shows obvious effects on neck hypertension, and was worthy of promotion.
