摘    要:目的 观察换血疗法的疗效及对新生儿内环境的影响.方法 对48例新生儿高胆红素血症(NHB)患者换血前后血常规、生化及血凝的变化进行比较,评价换血疗法的疗效及对内环境的影响.结果 换血后血清胆红素水平明显降低,白细胞、血小板水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);换血前后电解质、血凝差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 换血疗法能快速降低NHB患儿血清胆红素水平,但对内环境可能产生一定影响,术后应密切观察内环境变化,以便及时处理.

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of exchange transfusion and find its influence on the neonatal internal environ-ment. Methods The changes in Blut-Routine-Untersuchung, blood biochemistry and hemagglutination were compared before and after ex-change transfusion in 48 neonatal patients who suffered from neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Beside, the curative effectiveness of exchange transfusion and the influence on the internal environment were evaluated. Results The levels of serum bilirubin decreased significantly after treatment, and there was a palpable reduction in white blood cells and the levels of platelets. There was a modicum of statistical significance in this case, but the electrolyte levels and hemagglutination lefore and after exchange transfusion did not have statistically significant differ-ence. Conclusion Exchange transfusion therapy can decrease the serum bilirubin levels quickly, but it can produce a certain effect on the internal environment, and the neonatal patients should be closely observed for their changes in the internal environment so that they can re-ceive the timely treatment.
