| Abstract: | Basal ganglia calcification has not been described in Mobius syndrome. A family with two children with Mobius syndrome are reported. Bilateral basal ganglia calcification was seen on computed tomography in both. This is the first family where cerebral involvement has been clearly documented in this syndrome. |
