凉血解毒法治疗重型病毒性肝炎的临床研究

在综合治疗基础上,针对重型肝炎血分瘀热火毒炽盛的病机,采用清肝解毒针(由水牛角、赤芍、丹皮、生地等组成,治疗重型肝炎38例,存活率为61.16%(24/38),单用综合治疗的对照组存活率为40%(14/35),p<0.05.治疗组用药后患者血清谷丙转氨酶、胆红素、凝血酶原活动度及胆碱酯酶都有显著改善,表明该药对肝脏具有良好的保护作用,并能改善由于肝功能损害而引起的凝血机制障碍.

Clinical study on treatment of severe vital hepatitis cured with Bloodheat-purglng and Detoxifying method.

This article reports that 38 cases of severe vital hepatitis were cured with injection of Bloodheat-purging and Detoxifying which consists of niu jiao,chi shao,dan pi,etc. It was shown that 24 cases were survived. The rate of the survivals was about 63.1 %. Using single control group of the combinative treatment 14 cases were survived and the rate of the survivals was about 40% (p<0. 05). After treatment group were cured with the injection,the patients' ALT T-BiLI,Pa and CHE were improved. It was found that the injection can protects the liver and improves liver function.
