| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肺癌患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)和白细胞介素 - 8(IL- 8)测定的临床意义。方法 应用放射免疫分析法测定 32例肺癌患者血清中 TNF和 IL - 8含量 ,并与 35例正常人作比较。结果 肺癌患者血清中TNF,IL- 8水平非常显著地高于正常人组 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 测定肺癌患者血清中 TNF和 IL- 8对肺癌患者的治疗和预后有重要的临床价值

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of determination of serum TNF and IL 8 levels in patients with lung cancer.Methods Serum concentrations of TNF and IL 8 from 32 cases with lung cancer and 35 normal controls were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results The levels of TNF and IL 8 in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those in normal controls(P<0.01).Conclusion Measurement of TNF and IL 8 levels in patients with lung cancer might he clinically helpful for assessing therapeutic effect and prognosis. |
