蒺藜皂苷对小鼠记忆障碍的影响

目的:探讨蒺藜皂苷(GSTT)对小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法:采用避暗实验,应用氢溴酸东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠和乙醇分别制作小鼠记忆获得、记忆巩固和记忆再现障碍模型,观察ipGSTT8d后对小鼠学习记忆的影响,同时测定记忆巩固障碍小鼠脑内过氧化氢含量和过氧化氢酶活力。结果:避暗实验中各给药组的潜伏期延长,错误次数显著减少。记忆巩固实验中小鼠脑内过氧化氢含量降低、过氧化氢酶的活力升高,与模型组比较均有显著差异。结论:GSTT对记忆障碍小鼠的学习记忆均有明显改善,可提高学习记忆能力,减少健忘。

Experimental study on the effects of GSTT on dysmenesia in mice

Object:To investigate the effects of Gross saponin from Tribulus terrestris(GSTT) on learning memory of mice.Methods:The effect of GSTT on the mice's learning memory was evaluated by using the methods of mice's obtained memory disorder,consolidated memory disorder and recovered memory disorder caused respectively by scopolamine hydrobromide,NaNO2 and 30% ethanol and using step through test.In consolidated memory disorder test the content of H2O2 and activity of CAT were determined.Results:In the step through test,the ability of learning memory of the group ip with GSTT 8d was significantly increased compared with the model group.In consolidated memory disorder test the content of H2O2 decreased and activity of CAT increase compared with the model group.Conclusion:GSTT could improve the ability learning and memory on dysmenesia in mice.
