| 摘 要： | 目的：了解兰州市乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染标志的分布情况。方法：在兰州市8个县区开展了1～50岁人群HBV感染标志分布的横断面调查。结果：兰州市乙肝疫苗纳入儿童计划免疫后效果显著，有效降低了人群HBsAg携带率和HBV感染率，从高流行地区进入中流行地区。结论：此次调查为进一步探讨乙肝疫苗扩大免疫策略提供参考。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the hepatitis B virus （HBV） infection markers distribution in Lanzhou City. Methods： In the eight counties and districts of Lanzhou city to carried out cross - sectional study of HBV infection markers distribution in the 1 - 50 age group. Results ：There are obvious and effective to reduce the HBsAg carrier rate and HBV infection rate in population of Lanzhou city after the hepatitis B vaccine into childhood immunization, which access to the middle level epidemic area from the high level epidemic area. Conclusion： The survey provides the reference for further exploring hepatitis B vaccine of the expanding immunization strategy. |
