| 摘 要： | 用全反式维甲酸（ＡＴＲＡ）配合藻酸双酯脂钠（ＰＳＳ）诱导化治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病（ＡＰＬ）１８例，ＣＲ率８８．９％。通过与不用ＰＳＳ组对比，表明可以减少治疗中ＤＩＣ的发生率和降低ＤＩＣ的相关死亡率。

| Abstract: | 18 cases of APL were treated use of drugs of ATRR and PSS. CR rates were attained 88.9%. Because of using PSS.the rates of DIC and the rates of death were decreased. |
